Well, they’ve done it. California legislature finally breached a partisan impasse and passed the state’s 2009/2010 budget.It’s almost laughable that one of the many reasons that fueled the recall of Grey Davis (which put Arnold Schwarzenegger in office) was the 2003 California budget crisis and mismanagement. Drastic measures were taken to fill the $41 billion budget deficit California plans to run through June 2010.
