If pain is managed properly it can prevent much worse problems in the future.

The majority of people in the US have required some form of pain relief to alleviate pain in their back at one point or another in their lives. But, a recent Harvard publication states that back pain has just as much success in healing properly if left untreated by a doctor, than if a professional opinion is sought. Often the result of a muscle pull, or other overextension, back pain relief can come swiftly if you know how to treat the problem.

Constituting roughly a $50 billion industry from medical fees and lost work, back pain should not be taken lightly if you:

  • Have mysterious fevers and or weight loss
  • Suffered a recent major trauma
  • Experience pain in the chest or upper back
  • Endure constant pain
  • Feel pain radiating down your leg
  • Experience increased pain at night
