Most employers are interested in a complete online background check to ensure their new hires are honest and trustworthy. Not everyone divulges the skeletons in their closets, especially if they might not get the position because of a past indiscretion. Parents interested in hiring a new babysitter or nanny would certainly be interested in knowing if an applicant is a registered sex offender or if other criminal charges exist. Workmans Compensation and Politics
